Refund Policy

Original receipt is required for all refunds. Payment method of refund will match original method of payment (including card numbers).

Course Materials

• Textbooks may be returned for full refund within ten (10) working days from first day of classes

• Textbooks purchased after the first day of classes may still be returned within ten (10) working days until the “70% refund of tuition fees” drop date for each semester

• No refunds on textbooks after the university course-drop date

• Textbooks for courses up to three (3) weeks are non-refundable

• Spring/Summer textbooks may be returned within seven (7) working days of class start date

• Non-Refundable items: Course Packs, Shrink Wrapped Items (if the Shrink-Wrapped is removed 

Merchandise

• All other items may be returned within ten (10) working days of original purchase
• Non-Refundable items: Lab Coats/Glasses, Calculators once opened

Online Items

• Items purchased on our website are subject to the same policies as in store purchases
